Hi, I personaly have never taken Clozaril though I have know of people who have been prescribed this drug. In most at first it can be sedating and tolerance is built up over time.

When first starting on Clozaril it can take awhile for some to work with the Docors in order to get the exact dosage calculated.

As I am aware it has been a miracle drug to some people in whom I have known. This medication does require weekly labrotory blood tests for the blood cell count and continues through treatment.

That is all I know of it, not a professional analysis only what I have observed and heard on a personal level.
