Does anyone get really manic after missing just one day of medication? I was diagnosed with schizophrenia, and if I just miss one dose, I go nuts...Emotional, crying, paranoid...Argh. Missng a dose...

I don't have scitzophrenia so I don't know what it is like, but I missed a dose on purpose because I didn't want to continue taking medicine. Then the other day I lowered my dose (took less then I was suppose to.). I kinda felt bad but there was no harm done and it's not that big of a deal.

Besides, it's not like you forget to do it every day. You're not the first one to forget and you are certainly not the last one to forget. Just call your doctor and tell him/her how you feel and that you forgot to take a dose. I am sure he/she will put your mind at ease.
