I just started Latuda a month ago. I titrated up to 60 mg and found it to be too sedating so I am moving back down to 40 mg. I work night shifts and forgot to grab my pill for the night on my way out so I won't be able to take it until after 7 in the morning. My question is....has anyone experienced side effects from missing 1 dose? I have missed doses a couple of times since starting and haven't had any side effects, but at this moment I feel my irritability and anxiousness is higher than it normally is. Could this be just psychosomatic or has anyone experienced immediate side effects with a missed dose?

Me neither. It doesn't even have to be that your irritability and anxiousness are psychosomatic. Sometimes we just feel irritable and anxious for no particular reason at all.
