I’m aware of seretonin syndrome but I am doing okay on this combination. I’m wondering if swapping one out for l tryptophan, or another medication may be as effective.

Seretonin syndrome is really really rare. If the combination you're on is working for you, why do you want to change it?

I don’t want to change it as long as isn’t doing damage, maybe I’m just overthinking it like I tend to do. Thanks for the input!

I started to sweat at night and have to change every hour, looks like I’ll have to move on anyways. However I think Prozac slows the clearance of celexa so that may have been a factor.

If you have concerns about the combination of meds that you are taking talking to the pharmarcist about this or to the doctor who prescribed them for you might help. Some Medications taken on their own can have side effects. Together they can interact and may not work well for you.

Sorry that the side effects are making you change what is working. That pretty much stinks.
