So I was put back on Risperdal and Seroquel. The only thing I'm concerned about is the Seroquel .. it made me gain a lot of weight before. I'm only on 50mg PRN for insomnia and it seems to do the job for that but should I look out for additional weight gain on that low of a dose?? Risperdal just makes me kinda "zombie" like once I level out on it.

Yes, you should probably look out for weight gain. Even on the lower dosage. No need to worry too intensely about it. Just be vigilant.
As for the "zombie" effect of the Risperdal I hope that that gets better for you.
