So is anyone on Trintellix? And if so how is it working for you?

Thanks

Does it have another name? I'm not familiar with it, Mike.

I have been on Trintellix for about a month. I have not really noticed a big difference in my depression.

Like Nocalove, I've been on Trintellix a little while & haven't noticed a significant difference in my mood. That's nothing new, however, because I've been on many AD's and have had limited success. I sometimes think my depression just has to run its course, unfortunately. Fortunately, however, I haven't noticed any negative side-effects with Trintellix. Good luck with it, Mike.

Hey Mike, so how is Trintellix working for you now? I met with my doctor today, and he is having me stop my Prozac and try a month of daily Trintellix samples (5mg first week and 10mg next 3 weeks). I am doing my research and reading reviews, but I would love your opinion as well. I sometimes wonder if doctors only change up medications to the "newest coolest" thing for reasons OTHER than my best interest. I am crossing my fingers!

As I continued taking it, it really helped my depression. After a while, however, it reall messed with my sleep (3-5 hours), but I'm bipolar. I think it's pretty activating. Once I titrated off it my sleep pattern returned to normal.
