When is it better to take sertraline... morning or night? I’m on 150mg and take it in the morning and it makes me feel really tired, nauseous and have headaches.
What time does everyone else take it?x |

I take it at night as it makes me tired. I'm at 250mg. It took me a while to stop feeling sick from it, but I got there and now it's okay.

Hi Curly, Especially since you're having side effects, I'd try taking it at night. That way you'll (hopefully) sleep through the discomfort.

When i took it i took it once during the day but i too had the nausea and other lousy effects so i took it at night, but after two weeks that did not help so I discontinued it.a For me sertraline was a poison.

I tried doing both but I was still tired doing both, every morning. It was worse though taking it in the morning, because I would be really half the day, instead of a quarter of the day.
