Hello, I am on beta blockers right now for what my doctor thinks is anxiety-related blood pressure. I have had anxiety all my life though so I am also hoping that this pill could treat my general anxiety or other anxieties as well as my physical symptoms.

What kind of effect on my anxiety can I expect?

Deralin (Propranolol)

Hi there!

In terms of anxiety, beta blockers reduce the physical symptoms of anxiety such as pounding heart, sweating, heavy breathing ans so forth.

In that sense, it will also assist blood pressure; beta blockers can be used for hypertension.

It wasn’t helpful for me but my daughter got huge relief from her anxiety.

Everyone responds differently.

Good luck I hope it helps
