Has anyone tried niacin supplements for anxiety/depression/insomnia? So far it seems to be making my sleep and anxiety worse.

Never taken it for mental health issues, but have taken it to help with cholesterol levels in the past. The one supplement that seems to help my mood the most is vitamin D.

My cholesterol is pretty bad (probably because of antidepressants...) so I guess I'll keep with it. I take Vitamin D.
