after 16 years of elavil with brief periods of no meds and one 6 month period of trying lots of other AD's (hated everything but Prozac but after 1 month of it i was just furious 24/7 went into my therapist's office screaming and yelling she said oh my god stop taking it right now) i ran out of my elavil right before thanksgiving and i'm broke, afraid to leave my house so found all these free samples of lexapro wellbutrin and paxil so tried just lexapro and works great on depression but can't stop eating which is unacceptable!! so tried wellbutrin in AM but headaches and crazy jitteriness made me stop. so i added paxil which seems to help but now i am a zombie. true, i don't feel sad, but i don't feel anything at all i have some serious problems in my life, ones that should scare the hell out of me (and into doing something) i'm watching everything blow up and feeling NOTHING ...is this a side effect that sometimes passes?
