I was on paxil for over a year. I quit taking it all at once, and it was a weird experience.

For me, after about 2-3 days of not taking it, my head felt like it was swimming. Not dizzy, but like if I made any sudden moves, it got a weird feeling my my head. I don't know how to explain it.

After about 5 or so days off of it, all that went away.

I was on zoloft and had the same weird feeling in my head, it was not dizzy just weird if I moved to fast and I also have a bit of vertigo, I was on it for 9 months and went cold turkey about 3 weeks ago.......my G.P doc said after a few days it's out of your system I don't think they believe that withdrawl symptoms can last it has been about 3 weeks since I stopped and still get weird head feelings but they are subsiding.
