I have been taking Fluoxetine/ Prozac since 2015. But about three months ago my doctor increased my dosage to 30 mg because of my increased anxiety. I'm going to my doctor office probably in a few days since i'm going to run out of Fluoxetine and my doctor said about three months ago that if I don't see any change with the increase, I would be switch to another SSRI. I'm worried and scared because I don't know which other SSRI is going to be or if it's going to work for my anxiety/ Panic. I also take Klonopin when I need it.
Which is the safest SSRI to take for anxiety?

Over here, most doctors seem to prescribe Sertraline for folks with a lot of anxiety. I've never taken it, so can't really comment. I've only ever been on Venlafaxine, Mirtazapine, and now Vortioxetine. Plus an add on.
Thanks for this!

I'm on Zoloft been on it for years for OCD. I take 50mg daily and it seems to keep it at bay. I also have no side effects aside from nausea if I take it on an empty stomach
Thanks for this!
