I saw a med Dr this week for the first time. Because I expressed wanting to try taking something natural if possible, she gave me 2 products: SAM-E & TMG along with RelaxMax from a company called Xymogen for my panic/anxiety symptoms.

They sound amazing and I'm going to start taking them. Anyone have experience with them?
Thanks for this!

Sorry, I don't have experience with them but am going to try them myself. I hope you get relief.

I took Sam-E for awhile I felt a little bit of an elevated mood. I haven't tried the other.

Update after 5 days. The SAM-E seems to be helping me sleep better and wake up easier. The RelaxMax doesn't touch severe anxiety or panic attacks.
