Had a 5 hour nap after skiing. I drank too much beer and smoked too much light weed. I'll probably still sleep tonight though...
I want to change my Invega injection to 100mg every 3 weeks instead of 150mg every 4 weeks + 5mg olanzepine every night instead of PRN. Then I won't be tweaking my meds at all for a long time. They'll be like this; Invega Sustenna 100mg every 3 weeks 5mg Olanzepine every night 50mg Vyvanse every morning 50mg Atenolol every 12 hours 3.25-7.5mg zopiclone at night PRN. Then... THAT'S IT!... 5 med.. I've tried almost every single medication since I was 16. I can finally stop thinking about them! Isn't that a great feeling? That 10% of life drained from thinking about meds will be given to me! I've tried 7 different antipsychotics, lots of anti-anxiety meds and antidepressants, stimulants, etc.. Once I was on 4 different antipsychotics at once to stabilize me. I have Pervasive Developmental Disorder - Not Otherwise Specified (PDD-NOS - Light aspergers leading to OCD, ADHD, AvPD, agitation and depression) and schizophrenia. I attribute my main cure (Stabilizing me) to heavy doses of psilocybin 3 years ago and light use of ketamine for depression 1 year ago. I used to take Ativan and Xanax for derealized/depersonalized dissociative psychedelic flashback panic attacks from hallucinogen persisting perception disorder (HPPD) but I don't need benzos anymore because the panic attacks are completely gone! I take vitamin D every morning and fish oil pills for vitamins and the drugs I take are light doses of phenibut, marijuana, coffee and nicotine gum - Yes ---> I quit smoking cigarettes 7 months ago! Peace! =] |
