I used to be fine just using a pill box. Now the number of pills and some are am or pm or both. Plus three of them are round and pink. I know you can get those blister packs but my meds change so often it won’t work. I need to come up with a way my mind can grasp

Have you seen those pill reminder boxes? I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to with pill boxes. But there are special boxes with a compartment for each day of the week. I personally have two of them so that I can separate AM/PM meds. Maybe that would help? I also take one mid-day so I have a separate pill box for that. They have these next to the pharmacy section at most grocery stores.

I also use Medisafe and find it to be helpful. I've recently in the past month or two started using a pill box. I find that I often forget to fill it after I've taken all the doses. In general it's nice to have to open fewer bottles every day. But, the app itself is the important piece as it keeps me accountable.

They do have these bigger pill boxes with 28 compartments. It has 4 rows (morning, noon, eve, and night) and 7 columns (for each day of the week.) I find this type of box helpful, if you"re at home most of the time. If you tend to be out and about, the box is cumberson to carry around.

A Tip: if you use this, or any box, and you take a lot of meds - put the box in a ziplock bag. That way, if you drop the thing, you won't have a bunch of pills rolling all over the floor. They can be hard to track down, and you don't know if you got them all.
