Hey all.. I was just wondering if anyone has had success with Rozerum for sleep? I tried it for a week and I was still awake at 3:00 a.m. My mind wouldn't stop and I couldn't fall asleep, once I finally fell asleep I couldn't stay asleep and woke up frequently.. Is there anything out there that doesn't make you feel like you have a hangover then next day or that makes you feel like you're tasting bleach????

Tried Rozerim didn't work for me, in fact, I was up all night.
Didn't work.
50mg Seroquel with a benzo works for me.

Hi fyreangelwings, I actually had pretty good luck with Rozerem. It did take a week or longer for it to help me...I don't know why it took so long. I have tried seroquel and it does a great job of putting me to sleep and keeping me asleep, but it does tend to make me a little groggy in the morning.

One thing I have found out is that I have to keep up healthy sleep patterns. I know, does not sound like much help...I need to go to bed at the same time each night and get myself out of bed at the same time each morning. I do occasionally take a nap, but it has to be a short one or it will disrupt my sleep cycle. I have found that a little bit of exercise really helps--it is best if I do it early in the evening. If I can't fall asleep, I try to meditate and that also seems to help.

Good luck.

You may get an added benefit because Trazadone is an antidepressant too...
