Can seroquel be used for anxiety? (I'm taking Saphris for my anxiety and it worked well 3 mths ago but not so good now.)

I take it for anxiety and it works well for me.

Although I use it for Bipolar Disorder, I notice it does have an effect where it takes my anxiety down a notch, especially at doses of at least 200 mg. So I can understand it being used for anxiety, although not exclusively.
