I've been without my meds for months and there doesn't seem to be any way to get them. I've been on Dexadrine for over ten years and the withdrawal is killing me. No pharmacy have any in stock. I don't know what to do. I'm falling fast.

There's no Dexedrine shortage here (In Canada - I get it refilled with no problem). There is an Adderall shortage here though (And everywhere).
Withdrawal is really tough.. Can you take a different stimulant? Like Ritalin? |

I tried Ritalin and it put me into a rage. It was terrifying.
