As anyone heard clomipramine (anafranil) being rx'ed for or have any insight on its usage for paranoia? My neuropsychiatrist added it to my daily "meal" of Cymbalta and Klonopin when I told him I was starting to have paranoid thoughts after being on the latter since August of '09. I've read that it is generally rx'ed for OCD and can increase paranoid thoughts in those who have been dx'ed with such.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sorry I can't help, but you should ask your pdoc if you have questions are unsure. You have the right to be clear about these things.

I take clomipramine primarily for anxiety...I don't anything about how it affects OCD.
Always ask pdoc if you're not sure of something. |
