With all the questions asked. I wanted to ask this. Serenity is adverstised as a lithium based over the counter med that will supposedly help people with bi-polar and a ton of other mild depression problems. Has anyone used it and had it actually do something? What about any of the other 'natrual" remedies out there? I was trying to read some of the post on it and am not seeing much that Dr's seem to be mixing much of the "chemicals' with "nature" and was curiouse as to if anyone knew why. At one point I was supposed to be taking a huge amount of Omega, Calcium/mag and b vitamins. I felt a lot better but got tired of feeling like I was constantly popping pills (which could be why Dr's don't advise it??). I adored the effects that Carnator gave me (no food cravings, no sugar fix's needed and chips? Who needs them!!) BUT, try to find another Dr that will give it to me... I have no idea how much Carnatine (I believe that's what it's made up of) I would have to take a day to get the same effects... Anyway. That's my question. Serenity and other herbals, are they worth trying? How many find they didn't work? How many drugs did most of you find you had to go through before they found something that "worked" for you drug wise??

Thanks..
Arlene
