Okay. Now, I am no longer zonked. I have increased anxiety and not enough sleep. Has anyone experienced this with zoloft? I took 25 mg for 3 days and then went up to 50 for the past 2 days. Today will be day 3 @ 50 mg. I have flutters in my chest from anxiety and the last two nights had a twitch in the muscle in my arm.

Do these symptoms improve over time?
