I've read that caution should be taken if you're on seroquel and prednisone. What can happen?

Hmmm...I've not heard that. And I checked it on a drug interaction database site and there were no contraindications listed. I actually took a ten day course of Prednisone a few months ago following an injury and I take Seroquel. There was nothing out of the ordinary to report.
