Is there a natural way to supress your appetite, without using diet pills or street drugs? Any one have any suggestions???

Sorry to be a smartass, but I was obese for years and then lost 130 pounds naturally, from being sick. I don't recommend it
![]() I know of no other appetite supressant, but I don't know much about herbals. |

The best way I know to naturally suppress your appetite is with: Exercise, Protein & Fiber Loaded Foods.

In addition to the above mentioned suppressants--exercise, and fiber rich food. There is one other thing that works for me.
I eat snacks or small meals several times a day. I try to eat 6 times a day. Usually every 3 hours. If I am not hungry after eating in 3 hours, it tells me I ate too much the last time I ate. If I am hungry before the 3 hours is up, it tells me I ate too little. I've been very successful with this. I’ve maintained my weight this way even when I’ve been injured and haven't been able to work out for a couple of months. |

I've done it through being depressed my whole life....... And I don't recommend that either.......................
