strange sleepy days

I don't know what's going on with me these past 2 days. 2 nights ago i took a sleeping pill because it was 4.30am and i couldn't sleep. ever since then I have been incredibly sleepy, braindead, hardly able to move at all. i slept till 1pm today then took another nap from 2-4. i usually go for a walk every day but yesterday i was too tired and today i cut it short and took the bus home.

after the nap i was more or less ok but still a bit out of it.

it was just an ordinary dose of an ordinary antihistamine. in fact in the past it hasn't even worked. i don't know what made me try it again this time.

is this an interaction with the prozac, do you think? i don't think i've ever taken an antihistamine and prozac before.

I can't say whether there's an interaction, but Benadryl (for example) sometimes makes me groggy a long time after. Also, being really tired is itself a depression symptom, and you may have had a bad couple of days. (I sure just did, practically slept all weekend! :-)
