Long time no see. After a month on Seroquel i told my doctor of the side effects, not horrible side effects, just the feeling of being glued to the floor and sleeping way too long which was nice but not productive so he put the decision in my hands, after some questions of course(nothing wreckless, good doc) and i told him i read some good things about lithium.

So here i am jumping from seroquel to lithium, the question being will it be like starting from ground zero.It took about 3 weeks,i think to start feeling the effects of seroquel,i think-i was asleep most of the time

Not knocking seroquel completely,i believe it relieve some depression but not my mood swings & all that sleep was kinda cool but...

edit; lithium 300mg/3 times a day
