I was on 10 mg of lexipro and just went off. My dr tells me that this is such a low dose it probably want helping. My body is very sensative to meds so I am not sure. I have been off for two weeks. I had no withdrawl dizziness thingy. I have been crying alot. I am not a crier. But I am crying and I feel sad then ok then sad. Im not sure if its the depth of work I am doing i therapy or the no meds. Has anyone had this happen and if it is the meds then I still think I need to stay off them as I am gettig in touch with a lot of feelings. just curious.

please excuse my spelling as someone stole my spell check and I cat find it anymore.

I definitely think it could be the lexapro. Weaning off 10 mg can be a big deal. I think maybe you could re-introduce 5 mg every other day and wean off a bit slower and then down to 2.5? It might make the emotions more manageable.

Take care.
