So I am taking my bad situation with my former therapist and I am finding the positive in it. I've started a blog and instead of finding a new therapist, I am going to focus on what I learned from the former and get better on my own, because despite what happened, he was a great therapist and he was there for me more then he wasn't. Im going to blog about my progress, I could let this situation keep me in a deep depression, but Im trying to pull myself out of it. Its really difficult to do, but not impossible.
Thanks for this!

I agree it is difficult but no impossible. It sounds like you are processing the good and bad of your T experience. At the very least by doing what you are attempting you will have a much clearer idea of what you want or need from therapy if you ever choose to start again.

I am doing this too. But it is hard to find the positive sometimes when he hurt me so bad.
