I hope your appointment goes well. Remember how your other one went well even though you were worried about it also. I wouldn't expect this one to be any different in tenner. They want to make sure you get the help you need.

I know I tend to worry over nothing, but I'm just a bit freaked. With my other T, even the worrisome sessions have some good part, because I like that T, and I'm so comfortable with her. With this one, I've never seen this woman before in my life...she doesn't know anything about me, and I don't know anything about her. Granted, unless she leads this group, I don't intend on seeing her more than I need to get this group referral, because I'm still seeing my regular T, so we'll see.
