I was just wondering, if anyone here has seen an ACT therapist and what were your experiences?
I have just started seeing a therapist who is integrating ACT with ERP for my OCD. I'm excited because I've read a lot about ACT and think it's really cool. Very much like mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, somewhat like DBT in that it's skills-based and mindfulness-based. Thoughts? Any personal experiences?
