I just wanted to share that I had a good T appointment today (well yesterday now). It was difficult in topic, but helpful. I was so scared going in and spent a bunch of time avoiding, but finally was able to talk about it. Though she definitely thinks it will take time to work it all out. Hopefully having it out there will help and we will be able to work on it.
Thanks for this!

That is great googley - and it helps to have had a good session, so that when you do approach the topic again, you have that memory of "this was helpful". =)
