I went to see Tpdoc and I talked about some of the stuff that has been in my mind for a long time. I talked about some hard things. Tpdoc said that a low mood, straight after a high always feels a lot more lower than it really normally would feel. I like Tpdoc alot but still have a long way to go to develop trust further but i just wanted to tell you all that i'm talking to her and i want you to be proud of me so i'm encouraged to be more proud. Its a big step to talk about hard things. I'm still very sad about not being able to see my old T anymore but i gotta get on with getting well and deal with them feelings along the way.
Thanks for this!

This is so true. I had a couple good weeks but then fell back into the black hole. I was talking to my T about it. Telling him I can NOT go back to that place. I just CAN'T. I won't make it. If this is what therapy is going to do to me I don't wanna do it anymore. And my T basically said the same thing that your T said. And I managed to climb back out of that hole. I'm just so sick of being on this damn ride.
Thanks for this!
