4th of January....talked more than I thought I was going too. Managed to squeeze out those things that are hardest to say or even find words for. Plenty of tears, and as I left I slipped over on ice right in front of her house. OMG!!!! How awful was that and this chinese lady that was passing gave me a genuine awww. it was so embarrassing that in the car home I just burst out laughing and thought, it cant get any worse than this so what do I care and I was giggling at the traffic lights.

I've done that before where I do something silly when I leave T's office and then just laugh for the ride home. It's actually kinda nice after you have an intense session. It's somewhat of a release.
I'm glad you spoke and got out what you needed to during your session. You're going to make it until the 4th. Time is going to go quickly. It always seems to do that once the date actually comes. Again, glad you were able to laugh at yourself after the slip!!!!! Take care. |

I see T today for the last time until the 4th too. Ack. I totally get the laughing after the appt. This fall, we got back into the CSA stuff and I left every appointment in tears, half-dissociated, MISERABLE. At the same time, I was in the process of ordering a bunch of things to dissect in science (I homeschool). And for something like three appointments in a row, I would come home and find a box of DEAD ANIMALS on my porch...frogs, starfish, sheep eyes, fetal pigs, all kinds of creepy stuff. And each time it was just so absurd that it made me laugh and laugh. Life is so strange sometimes. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
