Have you heard anything about it? Maybe you went to it? Did you like it? I found a place which offers this and the descriptions looks nice and I almost want to go there, but not entirely sure

Hi 3velniai
Good to see you again. ![]() I think I've heard of dance movement therapy. I've never done it, but when I was in residential treatment, we had a group called Movement Therapy. We would do different movements focused on expressing various feelings, often times with verbal interaction as well. I found it to be interesting and helpful, although a little awkward at times. I think it would be interesting to try dance movement therapy - why not give it a try! You wouldn't have to go back if you didn't like it....or even stay for the whole class, really. ![]() |
