Another red flag. A good T, an ethical T, will let you know that they are available should you desire to return. That's the end of it. T's should not be requesting, persuading or begging clients to return, because they are supposed to respect the choices clients make. Perhaps you would feel better if you blocked her e-mails, just in case she continues to try to contact you?
You did not get yourself into any mess. Like the others here, I cannot emphasize that enough. You sought help. That the help was unethical and boundary crossing has NOTHING to do with you. It's on her. She's the one who messed up here (big time).
