I can really relate to your first post. I went through a similar experience with the whole med/pdoc support thing (or at least I perceived it as such). Eventually when I got an appointment my pdoc treated me pretty much like a child and told me that I just read the symptoms of depression somewhere and I was just reciting the symptoms. After that invalidating experience I came off of all of my meds like you did, the withdrawal sucked but now I don't need to talk to my pdoc ever again. So it worked out well in the end I hope that things work out for you!
