Since my T and I have an extra session scheduled this week, I am actually seeing him two days in a row.

I was so sad leaving my session today...I just felt awful. T gave me a hug and as I was walking out the door, said "see you tomorrow"....and I felt like "ahhhh", a HUGE sigh of relief. TOMORROW. I wish it could ALWAYS work like that...but since it can't, I'm just really grateful that that's how it is right now.

It makes it a little easier to breathe.

I can relate to that feeling. I'm seeing T 2x this week, which almost never happens. But some stuff is coming up for me, so we scheduled an emergency session today and then kept my regular session later this week.

It felt really good leaving today knowing I'll be back in a couple days!

I'm glad you felt that too. I hope you feel "held" tonight by your T and it will carry you over until tomorrow.

perfect example of mindfulness...being ok in this moment, no matter what all the other moments hold.

I'm so glad you are seeing your T tomorrow, Tree. Just keep breathing.
Thanks for this!
