My aunt told me stories about what I was like when I was two (and my mother was in the hospital) and I was able to connect to that "Me". She said I wouldn't let anyone wash my hair, wanted to do it myself :-) so she let me and that went well until I got the shampoo in my eyes. . .
![]() My favorite though was when she took me trick-or-treating the first time, I was two October 26, and I didn't get it and didn't want to carry the plastic pumpkin bucket, etc. but we went to the first neighbor's house and rang the doorbell and the neighbor showed up and put candy in the bucket and I looked at the neighbor, looked in the bucket, lightbulb went on and I grabbed the bucket and my aunt's hand and hurried her on to the next house :-)
