I am sick of pdoc, I dont want to see pdoc for therapy anymore she does a very weird therapy with me where she is just so blank and doesnt share much it feels like i am talking to a brick wall and i think if i am not going to get anything out of it i may as well quit.
Need to find a therapist. Anyone in Australia know of a good way to find a therapist Meanwhile my head is driving me crazy and my dad is unwell at the moment and I have been caring for him it is draining, I wish he would get therapy. |
