omg huggs to each and everyone of you through all my tears i just have a lot of painfull stuff going on in my head.stuff with my son being deployed in a few weeks no therapy again the mother .just a lot of stuff i came here to try and focus thismorning because i realy couldnt make a lot of sence out of the stuff going through my head no surprise once again i'm scared.you people are just all amazing.i could never give back the support you all give me.what a gift and thanks.i am doing a bit better as the day winds down i hope i am able to keep my head clear tonight.my husband has already taken me for one walk outside tonight and said if i need to go again he wants to take me .i love him so much.i just dont deserve him.he just holds my hands and asks no questions.

sometimes when my head is so full like that it helps to write the things down. It's like the only way to get them out of my head. This doesn't always work for me, but I thought I'd mention it. I sometimes write on the computer or sometimes using actual pen and paper. Just to get it out and make some more room in my head for actual thinking, lol.

I'm glad you are feeling a bit better tonight.
