Hello PC community! I have been a member for some time but I have not been on the boards for a very long time, so I may seem new. I probably should post in the intro section, but chances are this is where I'll post most often. (Therapy issues!)

Bear with me as I try to understand the "rules" (not sure what triggers to warn about-as they are different for everyone.) I think I stopped posting because I accidentally upset someone and it was like stepping on a hornet's nest. I come in peace and love!!

Been in therapy for um, decades and I am a better person for it (and more calm, satisfied, sated etc.) Of course I still wrangle with therapy issues - dependency and whatnot. But the ride has been worth it. I continue because I feel like I will always have stuff to work on. I'm a F in my late 30's for context!!

Thanks for reading!
Thanks for this!

Thanks for posting! Being in therapy really is a unique experience. It does help to have this section to post about the process and concerns. It is also wonderful because we get to help each other along the way. We can learn together, laugh together, cry together, fret about our Ts together, and support each other as we all grow.

If you want to start out, I am sure we would be interested in some of the basics about your therapy if you want to share - just general stuff like what your T is like and where you are in your relationship with T. Oh.. and Welcome!

hi growlycat, look forward to hearing more about how therapy has helped you. Hear ya on the hornets nest thing, that's unfortunately the flip side of posting here.
