|
A week between sessions seems so long right now. I was working on homework at the library today and all I wanted to do was call her. But I've never called her. And I don't know what I would have said. I hate this. It seems like so long until Tuesday. And now it is the weekend and I can't contact her. I feel so alone.

 but just think, it's not a week until you see her, just a few more days. You can do it!

Hey - I was wondering if over the next two days you could maybe do a collage for yourself and for T - something to maybe show yourself and T "What therapy means to me" ?? May help allow you to connect with T by knowing T will see it and you can talk about your emotions you felt as you select each picture or word.

I know the feeling too. My session is on Tuesday, too. I emailed T a lot this week but I still miss her. It's almost Sunday, and then on Monday we can say "it's tomorrow!"

this week has been epically long. I can't believe it's only Saturday night. Is it because the days are so long right now? I don't know. Just...ugh.

Isn't it odd who those of us in therapy often hate the weekends when the rest of the world loves them? :-) BIG HUGS!

This week just seems really long. Longer than most. I don't know if I can tell her that I wanted to call her. 'Cus then she is going to ask me why I didn't. And I don't know if I can tell her why I didn't.
 I don't know why I made the decisions I did.

Hooray! Tuesday is TOMORROW!!
 For me, today I worry that something will happen to T and she will cancel. Or I'll have to cancel. I get this scared feeling in my stomach. I want to go so bad, but it will be over too soon. I want it to go well, but if it doesn't? Googley, if I ride in your pocket will you ride in mine?
