So I got to see my T on Thursday. I was so happy and it was such a great session. I gave her the necklace and bracelet that I had made her. She got a big smile on her face and hugged me!
 She told me that really meant a lot to her. It felt so good to talk to her again. It was a productive session, I told her about my sui thoughts and urges and impulsive behavior. She was concerned for me and very supportive. We decided to put off the sui ideation for a while and just take it one day at a time. No planning. So I see her again on Monday. I can't wait.
