Come with me somebody?

I don't know.... this once-a-week stuff is so intense..... if I had a good excuse not to see T today, who knows.....

I feel like there is an explosion growing inside of me.

Like I am being cornered (anyone else know this feeling?)

and yet she is always so patient with me. Why is therapy so hard......

I'm in!

I always felt like I was being "corralled" (which made me an unbroken horse :-)

I'm with you! I feel like you do. Yesterday therapy was so HARD, and not satisfying like last time. I "get" the explosion feeling, and feeling cornered. My T said "don't fight it"--the feelings, but I've never "felt the feelings" in a session and been asked right there. It's what I crave and hate at the same time.

Can you do deep breathing at the beginning of the session? T and I do that and it helps me to relax.

I hope it goes well for you today!

She was pleased to hear about the lucid dreaming (see other thread "we now interrupt this dream").

T said it had been a good session, that's a comment she usually reserves for the rough ones.

I woke up this morning at about 1:30am and I could tell that my mental "hard disk" was spinning like mad. I guess that means something's getting processed.

Thanks again all, for your support and care. It means a lot!
