What's the difference between this section of the forum and the "Those in psychotherapy" "social group forum" and the "DBT discussion & support"?

I am thinking of asking for therapy so am keen to follow the subject but want to cut down on the amount of sections in my display which is unweildy.

Hi sane,

I'd say this forum is more active than any of the others. If you're interested in asking for therapy, I'd follow the Psychotherapy forum. I love this place.

In this forum all types of psychotherapy and the therapeutic relationship are talked about. It's not limited to one particular type like DBT.
Jexa has a good point that this is a very active forum.
