I will be seeing a new female T on Thursday. that's 2 days from now. My anxiety is already into overdrive. I want to cancel and just stop therapy. Should I? Maybe not? I don't even know. I'm scared to get attached again and I don't know what or how to say anything to her without getting attached. Ugh

(((((((((Trying))))))))))

I think you should go and see. Going doesn't mean that you have to see this T or any T. It just means that you are checking it out. It is like she is having a job interview (and really that is what it is). You get to decide if you are ready for this. You get to decide what to do.
