granite, I know the feeling of telling T stuff you wish she didn't know, and worrying what she will think. Feeling the way you do about going upstairs, etc. is not stupid at all. It's a step toward healing for you to let T know your feelings, especially what you get angry about and what scares you.
Try not to worry about what T will think. She won't think you're a freak. I bet she's very glad you could tell her your feelings, even if it was in an email and not in person. Her job is to help you, and the only way to do that is to be honest with her. I hope your session goes okay tomorrow. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
