we talked about work and this guy that scared me and some other stuff.but what was nice was that i think she was accually listening to what i was saying and i think she might have believed me about this guy scaring me.she didnt just say you shouldnt let him get to you.

ya i dont know why but i was able to use words today and shr just seemed to get it.maybe even better than i did.she was able to maybe put some words to what was going on like me being scared.strange question she asked at the end of sesson ,she asked me if other people make decisions for me.

((((rain))))my cold sucks.this using words thing can be ok sometimes and i'm to sick to even worry about it.i dont know if she cared or not that i was scared or not but she believed something was not ok about it.somehow that left me feeling like it is going to be ok even if it is just for tonight i'll take it

no i didnt sit on the floor.ever sence i told her how i love to sit on the floor i'm kind of scared to get that comfortable in that room maybe next week ill try it out.she is telling me it is ok if i want to any time

thanks sannah.it was really nice to go to sleep lastnight with her words going through my head.i just seemed to be a lot more calm.someday i really hope to be able to hold onto that calm

this is a great idea maybe next time i have alreadt forgotten a lot of what she said.i usually write it down right when i get home because i do forget but i wrote a letter instead and have kind of lost a lot of what was said but that is ok
