T is going to see me today since I can't see him any other day this week.
I need it too. I just saw him Friday but we didn't get to cover what we needed. I am so exhausted internally right now.

My manager at work sent a stupid email to me Friday that I just read (I took off work Friday) and it ticked me off. I am ready to walk out of here. But we all need money. I just am so exhausted with everything. It feels like it will never end.

WePow - seems like we are in the same boat workwise. But it's reaching the point where I can no longer just work for the money; I need some satisfaction and to do something that fulfils me too.

I'm so glad you can see your T - I'm sure it couldn't have been easy to deal with a nasty mail from your manager.

I hope the rest of your week is as stress-free as possible!

Thanks - and yes, pocket riders are welcome! :-)
I have customers on the phone asking me if I am OK ... hum... and that is with me trying to smile anyway! I wrote T a brief email just that I am not OK today... he may drop a little note back just to touch base. Too depressed.

You guys are flat out awesome! I am on my lunch break and time is going by fast - thankfully !!! My T this AM responded in email asking me to call him - and I did. That was healing to just connect and have him let me know that we are on the point of breakthrough with all of this. It feels right. So a few more hours and I get to see him and absorb the truth that I can do this and will be safe!!!!

Oh and I am wearing bluejeans and a red pullover sweater :-)

UPDATE: Session was good. Started late, but I didn't mind as it gave me a chance to feel the peace of being in T's office. Of course I told him this when I went into his office - he told me I can have the same thing on my own. I thought to myself "HOW???"

But we got to go over a lot of stuff. It was very healing.
Thanks for this!
