Does anybody here get Self Regulation Therapy from their T? I do. I had CBT first but now gete SRT.

It stands for SElf Regulation Therapy. I am fairly new to it, but it wors with physical sensations and parts of your body that get actvated during certain traumas or situations and need to be discharged (released). It is pretty cool once you try it. it takes a lot of hard work though and a really good therapist as well.

hmmm... no I don't think I've ever done that. My t often asks "where in your body do you feel that?"...but I never have an answer for it.
