watched the film inception over xmas and as I did I became aware of my own internal sub-conscious and how therapy is about internalising healthier interjects...you'd think you'd want this but it was like all the internal charactors in my inner world are like anti bodies that fight anything hats not known..thats unfamilair...I began to get a sense of he T bit I have inside of me and when I thought about it or parts of me thought about hat hey became afraid...î can understand better now why theraoy takes so long and how resistence lurks underneath but eventually the inner realm of our subconcious begins to accept hese new "parts"...

I was looking at the write-ups for the movie; it sounds quite interesting. Nice you could get a different perspective.

Melba, I saw the movie over the weekend. I was having the same thoughts. I have been so resistant in therapy lately.
